HR GENERALIST

 

CREATON South-East Europe Kft. is looking for a

HR GENERALIST

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, trainings, KPIs and HR statistics, foreign payroll and yearly salary increase preparation, organising company events , company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Assist with foreign payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
  • Organize company events (Family Day, Christmas party, etc) and trainings
  • Supply KPIs and statistics for company managers
  • HR subsidies (GINOP)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Up-to-date Hungarian Labor Code knowledge
  • Proficiency (or at least strong) excel skills
  • Able to work remote, alone and in team
